  Trisha Murphy was great. From start to finish, she came thru where others had failed. On principles I was owed a car wash and a tank of gas. It fell thru the cracks but Trisha made it happen. Jeep runs great and kudos to the gentleman that first greeted me. Double kudos to the shuttle driver that took me home. Over all a great and fast experience

  Great experience! Pierre & Justin answered a lot of questions presented me with options pre-purchase then John in sales picked up and closed the deal on a vehicle I am beyond excited to have. Sharif in finance handled the transaction seamlessly and efficiently. Highly recommend your entire team!! This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from y'all.

  10 stars!!!! Highest we can give!! Tomball Dodge is wonderful!!! Our salesman John Black went way beyond our expectations to help us purchase a new truck!!! We were so pleased with the service and the way they care and treat us like family!! The finance manager, Sherif, also did an amazing job for us!!! We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough for the help, kindness, professionalism and showing that they really do care!! We were so happy that we purchased a second vehicle the same day! Best ever experience!

  Excellent service from Kinne and the way he took care of all our questions during the buying process. And after that Sherif ElSherif the finance manager took great care and took his time to explain every step of the finance process. After that Justin explaining warranty questions and any accessories we wanted to add on to our vehicle. And finally Mrs Worsley helping us even after the deal was done with issues that we had with our vehicle!! All in all an excellent customer service 100% will recommend Tomball Dodge to all my friends and family

  The day I purchased my vehicle from Tomball Dodge, the buying process itself was fairly smooth. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. One of the main reasons I purchased this vehicle was because it had heated seats. Before I drove off the lot, I noticed the driver's side heated seat wasn't working. I brought it to their attention, and they told me to come back the next day so they could fix it. When I called the next day to let them know I was on my way, I was suddenly told that because I had purchased the extended warranty, I had to wait 30 days before anything could be done. After waiting, I found out the warranty wouldn't even cover the repair. Since then, I've reached out multiple times by phone, text, and email, and no one has responded or made any effort to honor what I was promised. The issue was never fixed, and now I'm left with a vehicle that has a problem I have to pay to repair myself. This experience felt very misleading. They made promises to get the sale and then completely backed away once the paperwork was signed. I would not recommend Tomball Dodge based on my experience.
