  I worked with Joe Jensen on the purchase of my new truck. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Tomball Ford. They honored their online advertised price! Joe was super patient with me and let me take my time in deciding- I went back and forth between two trucks. There was no pressure to buy immediately. There was no patronizing BS, None of the “this price is only good today” tactics. For context, I’ve had 14 vehicles, 8 purchased new, so Im familiar with the process. I’ve walked out of plenty of dealers before. I would purchase here again. Revision: I purchased this new vehicle with a dent in one of the doors with the understanding that it would be repaired. Today the dent was “repaired” by a guy in the parking lot. It almost looks worse than it did before. Aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. The truck should have been taken to a professional body shop. After I complained about the shoddy work, the sales manager actually suggested I leave the truck in the sun and the metal would straighten itself out. I guess this is how it is when you buy a base trim vehicle. What a disappointing sales experience.

  I brought my daughter’s vehicle to Ford Tomball for an engine recall repair. After two weeks, I was informed that the replacement engine was on backorder and there was no ETA for when it would arrive. The frustrating part was that when I received that call, a loaner vehicle was not initially offered. I had to ask about transportation and was first told I would need to pay to rent a vehicle. Since Ford was keeping the vehicle due to a recall issue, that didn’t seem right to me. After I explained my concern, the team at Ford Tomball called back later that same afternoon and made things right. They provided a loaner vehicle with only a $50 refundable deposit and put me in a brand-new Bronco while my daughter’s vehicle was in the shop. I want to be fair in this review—Ford Tomball came through in the end. They corrected the situation, took care of us, and redeemed the customer service experience. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that Ford improves the loaner process for recall repairs so customers aren’t left without transportation while waiting on backordered parts. We picked up my daughter’s vehicle on March 6, 2026, and everything is working well. The staff ultimately stood behind their customer, and I appreciate that. And I have to admit… driving that Bronco may have created a future customer. I may very well be back at Ford Tomball soon to buy one. Thank you Ford Tomball for ultimately taking care of your customer.

  The best experience we had at Tomball Ford was dealing with our sales rep Johnny Whitworth. If I could give him 10 stars alone, I would! He was such a great guy and fun to be around while also being a very informative honest salesman. Tomball Ford is lucky to have him. Go there and ask for Johnny!

  Before we visited Tomball we visited a few other dealerships and after a lot of sketchy salesmen we decided to drive over an hour away and take a chance on Tomball and im so thankful we did. From the very start Tony took the reigns in talking to us about each aspect of purchasing a used vehicle and since the car we were very interested in just came in and was being inspected he went above and beyond to arrange a showing as it was being maintained and serviced. Wow, that was huge because other dealerships had turned us away or told us to come back the next day to view. We ended up with the beautiful 2024 Expedition Max and he stuck to his word on getting the best deal he could get us. We did have to budge on our down payment but that was no fault of his. I have building credit and that was expected. We are so please with how Tony treated us and took the time to really care about us. The financial manager Q was also fantastic at offering extended warranties and explaining them in full detail. What a relief it was we decided to take the chance on tomball. I see now why they have so many returning customers. My husband has already said we would come back to find our daughter a car when that time comes. Thank you Tony and Tomball for being amazing. Also the iced coffee from the café was perfect. So much attention to detail from everyone we met and talked to!

  Everything was great. Batman helped me get the car i wanted. 2023 Kia Sportage. There was only one problem, it took too long to detail the car. More than 3 hours. But that's okay. My Kia looks great inside and out. Thanks Batman and Tomball Ford.
