  I just bought a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox LT yesterday at Toycen Ford in Chippewa Falls and my buying experience was second to none. Upon arrival I was greeted by Alexandria Martin from sales and she was one of the most enthusiastic sales women I’ve ever met. Alexandria is very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about getting her clients into the vehicle they want. She has great communication skills and a personality that will keep you coming back to Toycen. I also want to take a moment to recognize Scott the financial manager. Scott made my financial purchase seamless and he was able to actually get my interest rate down from 10% to 7%. I highly recommend you request both Alexandria and Scott when you’re looking to purchase a vehicle. Edward :)

  I am pleased with the service at Toycen Ford from both Gibby, my salesperson, and Cale in financing. Both were friendly, professional, helpful and not pushy. They made the process easy and efficient compared to other dealerships I have worked with previously. I appreciated that Ford supported my child’s playground fundraiser with their test drive event last fall, allowing me to try out the 2026 Ford Explorer, which I ultimately purchased . I would highly recommend Toycen Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

  I had the best experience at Toycen Ford. My husband was interested in a Ford F150 they were selling there. We live about 3 1/2 hours away from Chippewa Falls so it would be a big ordeal to come out there to purchase the truck. My father and I spoke with a salesperson named Tim McCormick. He was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and we felt that we could trust the dealership on the condition of the truck. He got us in touch with the finance person, Cale Zweifelhofer. Cale worked with me to initiate a financing application. We then made the long drive out to Toycen Ford. Tim and Cale kept their word and presented a beautiful Ford F150 in pristine condition. Tim had an excellent knowledge of electric trucks and was an absolute delight to talk with. Cale had everything prepared for our meeting beforehand and made the purchase experience easy and streamlined. The entire process only took about an hour and a half. Normally, when I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships, the process would take 7-8 hours. This was the best experience I have ever had for purchasing a vehicle. It was 100% painless! If we need to purchase a car in the future, we will definitely consider returning to Toycen Ford despite the long drive. They were worth the trip!

  We bought a used but fairly new vehicle (2022) On the front side everything went smooth and efficient, salesman wasn’t pushy and easy to work with. After the sale we noticed a couple issues with our truck, I reached out to Craig Toycen directly as I saw he was the owner. He communicated quickly, respectfully and fixed the whole situation even quicker than I would have anticipated. We buy a fair amount of vehicles and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again strictly for how great they were after the sale in addition to how easy they were to deal with on the front end.
