  My wife had a very specific car she wanted. I found it used at Toyota of Kenner. Even though we were looking in the used side I was treated very well. The salesman was not pushy like other places we tried. The test drive was proper, unlike most places (turn 4 times and your back). Came back 2 days later to buy the vehicle, partly due to what I said above. Wife loves the car. They prepped it like it was new. The finance side of things wasnt the best. Only one person in that department. Which made the wait time long. Was actually heading to my car after sitting around for 45 min. But the salesman caught up with me. Terry is awesome. Thank you. Happy wife, happy life.

  I had an excellent experience buying my car at this dealer. The purchase was fast, transparent and without pressure. It really shows when someone wants to help the client find the best option and Gian Carlos Chavez is a sign of that, and a shout out to Joseph Evans too, good job!!! I am very happy with my car and very grateful for the excellent service. I definitely recommend this dealer and especially to my salespersons and financier. Thank you for making the experience so positive guys!

  I initially brought my vehicle to Toyota of Kenner because the battery light popped up on my dash and my vehicle turned off. I towed my car to their dealership to have it fixed under warranty. My service advisor “Tim Bellow” started telling me I need a new engine and catalytic converters saying I need to pay 1000$ for diagnostic fees so they can approve the warranty repair. At the point it has been 3 weeks my vehicle has Been there and desperate for my vehicle back I approved it. 2 weeks passed by and I decided to go over there to see how my vehicle looks. My tire was flat on the ground and my engine cover was all dusty proving they never even touched it. They refused to give me a loaner even after my vehicle had been there for 5 weeks. And the worst part? They damaged my back seat and threw some floor mats so I wouldn’t see that they damaged it. I have no kids and no one sits in my backseat. They are completely unprofessional and they damaged my vehicle, stay far away from this scam dealership

  I asked Stephen to look for a used RAV4 with lower mileage and he called me to let me know that he got one available. My wife and myself showed up as soon as we could and for our surprise, it was the vehicle we were looking for. Thanks Stephen and Toyota for selling reliable vehicles.

  Mr. Forest provided the most amazing service! I don’t know if I should say this, but he’s very easy to work it!! 😂 I’m the most excited about the floor mats!
