  I had an outstanding experience at Toyota of Escondido. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Our salesperson, Joaquin, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. They gave us a great deal on our 2026 Toyota Sienna, and when we arrived, the van was already prepared and ready to go. The customer service was excellent, the dealership staff was friendly and efficient, and there were no surprises or delays. The entire purchase process took about 30 minutes, which was incredible. We were in and out quickly and drove home in our new Sienna the same day. If you're looking for a dealership that values your time, provides excellent service, and offers fair pricing, I highly recommend Toyota of Escondido and especially Joaquin. Thank you for making this one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had!

  I would like to start this review off by saying that this is an amazing dealership. I first came in back in May to secure a deposit on a GR corolla. I came straight after work and Eduardo took good care of me. He was able to secure the car under my name for me and all I had to do was wait till it arrived. Of course it was delayed at the port (thanks government) and the team over at Toyota kept me up to date on news or status changes on the car. One I got the call that the car was here and ready, Lorenzo and Leo did an absolute amazing job getting it out the door for me. They were all very accommodating and professional. This is definitely the only toyota dealer to go to if you are considering purchasing any car.

  This sales rep Eduardo had me for an appointment at 12 pm. He had me waited for 10 min in lobby, no problem. Then he took me to a room, said he was gonna be back in a sec then never came back for 20 min with no info given. As you can see from pics I am a ready to go client. It’s your loss Toyota Escondido

  After having a horrible experience with Poway location(double booked my reservation) I was able to buy my dream car with Angel Rosales, one of the sale associates at Escondido. He went above and beyond to sell me my car. After being on a wait-list for the new Rav 4, someone backed out of their deal and I was able to secure the car and color I wanted couple weeks earlier then my projected delivery date. He personally called me if I would be interested and I was able to secure it the next day! He even personally delivered the car directly to me on the day I was to pick it up, but had no ride, and so he offered to bring it to my house. Exceptional service from him and would recommend him to all friends and family. Ask for Angel!

  Ron from Sales and Juan Zaragoza from finance took excellent care of me! Working in the auto industry myself I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were in and out. I got the deal and the vehicle I wanted! Thank you.
