  We had a great experience at Toyota of Grand Rapids! All the staff we worked with her friendly and helpful. Darren Harrold gave us a lot of info and options about a car we were interested in, as well as others. Evan Timm developed our finance plan and made it seamless.. We bought a great new used car in an afternoon because they have this process streamlined! We are happy with it!

  I had the smoothest car-buying experience thanks to Max Smith! As a younger woman walking into a dealership alone, I was a bit intimidated, but Max made the whole process completely stress-free. He was honest, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured or like he was trying to scam me. Max helped me transfer my insurance, walked me through every single step, and even explained all the features and buttons on my 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE (coming from my 2007 Dodge Caliber, I had no idea what to expect). If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and genuinely helpful, Max is your guy!!

  I purchased a 2026 land cruiser and was very impressed with the professionalism and customer care I was shown as a first time customer. The dealership was very busy but still took the time to assist me well in this purchase. They worked well as a team and delivered a seamless experience. It was low pressure and direct honest communication. Would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a Toyota.
