“This is a Sales Review, not a vehicle or service review: Service was great. Location: Odd and out of the way, actually in Tumwater. The facility: was beautiful. The kids enjoyed their brunch. Process: we ran into a couple of glitches during the purchasing process but were quickly resolved. I worked with Sergio who was really professional and knowledgable. Ian was great as well. He set out to earn our business (actually said so himself) and went above and beyond for us to make sure I got what I wanted. Time in and out: once the vehicle got there was under 2 hours with trade in process as well. I did have my own financing (check in hand) so that would also take some time off. ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE REAR QUARTER GLASS ATTACHING FASTENERS MAY PULL THROUGH THEIR MOUNTS AND ALLOW THE GLASS TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE.
Risk: IF THE GLASS SEPARATES WHILE DRIVING, IT COULD STRIKE ANOTHER VEHICLE OR INJURE A PEDESTRIAN.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE REAR QUARTER GLASS. THE RECALL BEGAN ON APRIL 30, 2007. OWNERS MAY CONTACT DAIMLERCHRYSLER AT 1-800-853-1403.
