  We originally came in just to look at hybrid vehicles and explore what options were available on the market. We didn’t plan to make a purchase that day, but we ended up finding exactly the car we had been looking for. Everything matched perfectly — the model, the color, and the hybrid version we wanted. I would especially like to highlight our salesperson, Ashot. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process — quickly guiding us through the available options, clearly explaining all the details, and efficiently handling all the paperwork. He also made our trade-in process very smooth and ensured we received the most favorable conditions possible, without unnecessary delays or complications. Overall, our experience with the dealership was very positive. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive, and they genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle without any pressure during the decision-making process. I highly recommend this Toyota dealership in Tampa, and especially Ashot for his professionalism and excellent service.

  Had the best sales experience with Jose Flores and the rest of the team! We were in and out within 2.5 hours, that included a test drive and negotiating! If you’re in the market for a new or used car, I’d highly recommend stopping by and asking for Jose!

  I normally hate going to car dealerships. The back-and-forth, the pressure, the nonsense — it’s just not my thing. But Toyota of Tampa Bay completely changed that experience for me. This place is extremely well run. It’s busy (which tells you a lot), but everything moves efficiently and professionally. You can feel that there’s structure, leadership, and a real customer-first culture in place. Even with how packed it was, I never felt ignored or rushed in a bad way. My salesman, Romann Micciche went above and beyond. Straight to the point, no fluff, no games, no wasted time. Exactly how I like to do business. He answered every question clearly, handled everything professionally, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Zero pressure, just solid communication and real service. Customer service was top-notch across the board, but Romann especially stood out. If you’re like me and typically dislike the dealership experience, this is the place to go — and ask for Roman. Highly recommend.

Amy Blanco was genuine from start to finish and treated me like a person, not just another sale. I came in needing something very specific, a reliable vehicle that fit within a realistic budget while still managing two car payments for both myself and my son. Instead of pushing numbers that didn’t make sense, she took the time to actually listen, work through options, and fight to get me into a situation I could comfortably manage. What stood out most was her patience, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond without pressure or games. Car buying can be stressful, especially when you’re balancing real-life responsibilities, but Amy made the process feel supportive and transparent. Good customer service is easy to talk about, but rare to truly experience. I’m grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and effort she showed throughout the entire process.
