  I have had some difficult times in the past with this dealership. However, this particular interaction particularly with the salesman Trey was absolutely spectacular. I appreciate his honesty and his upfront nature. Closed the sale on a beautiful new Toyota Tundra without much pain! He has single-handedly regained me as a customer of Toyota Of Victoria.

  The salesman was very nice. He was trying to get us into a Vehicle. We appreciate all his help. But after looking at a few. They didn't have the one I wanted. He said they could get it there by Tuesday(Which we were willing to wait for it). But the person that he brought out to talk to me(Sales Manager). Was very rude and unprofessional. He told me how ungrateful I was. Because I wouldn't just pick one off the lot. When he was going back in his office across the dealership. He yells that he's no longer going to help us with the down payment.Supposedly The down payment, that he said he was taking care of it. So that we wouldn't have to put it down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was willing to get a vehicle. I just wanted the vehicle that I chose. Not just anyone off the lot. If he would’ve just listened and had more respect. I honestly don’t see how he’s a sales manager.Treating people this way. I showed him respect, he should have done the same.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Toyota of Victoria. Purchasing a vehicle should be an exciting experience, especially when taking delivery of a newer vehicle, but the condition in which my car was delivered was completely unacceptable. When I received the vehicle, it was filthy and clearly had not been properly detailed or inspected before delivery. There were adhesive/glue stains left on the exterior, which should have been identified and removed long before the vehicle was presented to a customer. Even more concerning, the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. This is one of the most basic pre-delivery inspection items, and the fact that it was overlooked raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of the dealership's preparation process. The issues individually may seem minor, but together they demonstrate a lack of attention to detail, poor quality control, and a disappointing level of customer care. When customers spend tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle, they should not have to clean up avoidable problems that the dealership should have addressed before delivery. I expected a professional delivery experience and received the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Toyota of Victoria to anyone who expects a vehicle to be properly prepared, inspected, and presented before taking ownership. Toyota corporare will be notified.
