  I had a great experience purchasing a RAV4 at Toyota West Mobile. My sales associate Jonathan was excellent and financing went smooth with Tony. Michael the General Manager was wonderful. I drove from Atlanta to work with this team. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone purchasing.

  This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from the Palmer’s/Toyota West Mobile dealership. We had a great salesperson, Brooklyn, who was helpful, friendly, and attentive to the vehicles and styles I was considering. I was also happy with my interactions with the other folks directly involved with my purchase including the sales leadership, Ben, and the finance person, Martin. I recommend this team.

  I’ve always had great experiences here. Even with last minute visits. My service light came on Friday afternoon, so I called hoping for an appointment within the next week. The service technician told me that they take walk ins between appointments on Saturdays. I got there at 7am Saturday morning, 7th in line of others getting service. I was out by 8:01a! They’re amazing!

  I’ve looked at trucks at various dealerships and decided to revisit Toyota on Schillinger. I especially appreciated the sales lady who helped me. Diana was thorough, understanding, and accommodating when I informed her what I was not looking for. Most trucks there were larger than my needs, but the new Tacoma that she showed me, its features, and its bottom-line cost, were close to perfect. I am 81 and have purchased more vehicles than I care to count, but Diana's no-pressure sales strategy was quite impressive and would be welcomed by any customer. If I could give Tacoma West and it’s staff a 10 Star rating, I would. Mike
