  They make the process so easy and convenient. The salesman Jon was great to work with, they didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot so they brought it over from the other location, it was ready for my to pick up the very next day and I was in and out of there within an hour. The service department is also fantastic to work with every time I had my other two previous vehicles from them in for regular maintenance.

  Transitowne Dodge of West Seneca delivered absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. AJ and Lindsey were phenomenal clear, honest, and completely hassle free. But Corey deserves a massive spotlight. He went above and beyond in a way you rarely see anymore, even stepping in on his day off when he didn’t have to. That level of dedication is unmatched and says everything about the integrity of this dealership. Fast service, smooth process, zero stress, and a team that genuinely cares. I’ll definitely be buying more cars from them in the future. Highly recommend.

  DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I brought in my car to have an oil change and take care of a recall light. They corrected the recall and called me back to pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival, they realize that they didn’t do the oil change. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and picking it up in the morning an hour late and my oil was finally changed. Whoever did my oil change forgot to put a gasket in and 30 mins into driving, I get a low oil pressure on my dashboard with a check engine light. Turns out my oil level was completely depleted, and it spilled all over my engine bay and everything else causing my car to smell like oil inside. This could’ve completely destroyed my engine have I driven for another 15 to 20 minutes. I was close to a shop in Williamsville which corrected the issue and told me to NEVER take it to them again as he has never seen this level of unprofessionalism, incompetency and negligence. I called the dealership twice since then to ask for a refund and no one’s returned my calls. It’s a shame for such a big company to be so unorganized and show disregard to their customers. I would put zero stars if I could.
