a month agoBeen thinking of downsizing our current extra large and long vehicle so we went to Transitowne Kia on Transit Rd in West Seneca to look at the new Telluride and Sorrento hybrids didn’t think we’d truly be ending up leaving with a new vehicle. When we entered the dealership we were pleasantly greeted upon entry. Our salesperson was Chris Kane he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable never pushy and very helpful Chris took the time to answer the questions we had and was kind enough to stay late to take care of us. We ended up taking both vehicles for a test drive liked both the body styles and interior on both very beautifully designed and comfortable and they both handled well, but the telluride impressed us it had a bit more space and the interior was a two tone color that was just done beautifully with a luxurious touch I can’t say enough about the seats in this telluride they are incredibly comfortable they hug your body and being taller the lower part of the Seat is a little wider and longer than you have in most vehicles and does not cut your circulation off at mid thigh as they designed them also to reach lower on your thigh and your legs don’t get cramped up so when going on longer drives it’s going to be extremely comfortable. All the controls and settings also will make your time in the vehicle very efficient and enjoyable. There is only one thing we were disappointed about and that is that this vehicle didn’t have a garage door opener in it so now we need to carry a remote. This also is the first hybrid we have been interested in so this will also be an interesting experience for us and this truly is the first vehicle in a hybrid we have been interested in due to the new design and beautiful interior features. So before we left Chris asked which vehicle we liked and if we wanted him to see what they’d do on our trade and we were very pleasantly pleased with what they offered and what terms were going to be for either a purchase or a lease agreement.

2 months agoHad a great experience and super easy time buying a car here. I had limited ability to travel since my old car was dying, and I was able to easily prequalify online and call for a quote/discuss pricing and financing. The next day I was able to get the purchase completed and was driving off the lot after spending 2 hours doing a quick test drive and paperwork. Kyle and Jeff were great!

2 months agoTrust Transitowne? Not after this experience! Please save yourself the frustration. Take your business, hard earned money, and precious time elsewhere. After test driving a different vehicle (the one I was interested in didn't have the key available as a salesman had taken it home with him), and then being rushed through a deal for the other car once the key was found, I excitedly drove the car off the lot. Once home, I found that the car had rear damage that causes the tail light to protrude and the trunk to not be in alignment, in addition to a long scratch and dent. (Plus it was an absolute farce of a detail job!) While the certified car had a clean Carfax, it clearly had been damaged by the previous owner. After collective hours of conversations with Chris, he let me know that the (ridiculously blurry!) photos on the website showed the damage and the dealership was aware of it, but that he "didn't know about it". How convenient! It's especially interesting considering Chris would have been at eye level with the damage when he was putting the rear plate on, and stated after the fact that he *did* notice a small ding on the left bumper. But, not that dent, scratch, and paint on the Forte emblem? Odd. I understand now that I should have been more diligent about checking over the car (we only did a quick walk around), and hindsight shows me the red flags... Chris incessantly speaking while I looked at this particular vehicle (but not the prior car we had driven), Chris conveniently forgetting that me test driving the car was part of the plan for the day that I came into sign papers, and Chris quickly rushing me to the (backed in) vehicle, showing me the electronic features, and wishing me "miles of smiles" with record speed. I think I had about 12 miles of smiles, before it turned to absolute dread. I get it. As Chris reminded me, "It's a used car. It's going to have dings." My issue? The blatant omission of the damage and misrepresentation of the vehicle. How f

a month agoWonderful buying experience with Matt, and the stores General Manager Kyle picking up our 2026 KIA carnival. Both went out of their way to help without being overbearing. Even after the sale they were responsive and helpful will definitely do business with again.
