  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Jeep Gladiator, and it was all thanks to my salesman, Tyler Grant. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I wanted, no pressure, no games. He took the time to walk me through every feature of the Gladiator, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. The paperwork was smooth, transparent, and efficient, and he kept me informed every step of the way. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer service. He made the whole buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, especially a Jeep Gladiator, I highly recommend asking for him. I couldn’t be happier with my truck and the service I received.

  The Troncalli RAM service department has a really cool and innovative way to screw over customers. I was so impressed I just had to write a review! When you go in with a check engine light on and you know that there are multiple cylinder misfires in the code, then they charge $200 for diagnosis. Then when they find out two cylinders need new fuel injectors and you have a quality third party warranty, they have this cool option where they just jack the price of the injectors up by 60+% and call you to say that it's a shame that your warranty will only cover the MSRP ($109 each) because 'their system' feels like charging $172.25 each!! So, then when you get your truck back and ask the warranty company why they only were gonna cover $109 per injector, they say because that's how much they cost, you think, well maybe those are aftermarket injectors that are already used or something... So, you then check online and see $109 retail on every website, and then call Troncalli's own part department and ask them how much the injectors cost, and... (you're not gonna believe how cool this is!!)...the parts guy says that they're $109 each!! Cool, huh?!? So, then you get to call the service guy back and ask him why he wants to charge you $172 each when his parts guy down the hall is giving them away for only $109!! And then, the kicker is, the service guy acts like he's gonna do you a favor by only charging you how much the injectors ACTUALLY cost!! Isn't that so kind of him! So, if you REALLY want to get to play fun games with hundreds of dollars, I'd say without a doubt that TRONCALLI is for you!

  I always have a great service experience. The advisors want to help and the technicians are incredibly keen into what is wrong and how to correct it. Joe at the truck building is a great guy and so is Bird at the front service building. No complaints at all.

  Make sure you have an alternative solution readily available when ordering parts - called in on wed 25th and put in an order for the oring for a master cylinder to booster to assist a customer of mine having brake system issues impacting her ability to make it to work. Gave VIN, name, #, etc and was told part was ordered and would come in next day,thurs, or latest of Friday and i would be contacted to confirm. Friday came and went and running around doing other diagnostics, etc, it was the end kf day before I realized they never called. Attempted to call Saturday several times and was put on hold for 20 mins and just no communication whatsoever. Finally able to make it up before they close. Nobody to be found at the parts counter, had to ask a sales manager to track someone down. When he does make it up there, unable to find any similar looking part (This being after I asked on wednesday will I need to go to will call or somewhere else to pick up the part and was told no, it would for sure be brought up to the counter in the main building). Finally locates a possible oring with no Invoice paperwork linked to it. Cross referenced part, wrong one. Says they have right in stock. Turns out that ain't the truth either. Apologies and says he can order it. Great, but 3 more days on top of the rest is a week without a vehicle after being assured it was handled. Absolute gross negligence and breakdown of communication and customer service all around which translates to my business/customers suffering. Sorry doesn't cut it sometimes. And having worked on the other side of the counter it's an overall systemic issue. We'll see come Tuesday but I have zero expectations. I can totally understand if it were any other way than being told your invoice was ordered and on the way when someone actually didnt do anything and wasted my time all around.

  I was incredibly impressed by the Troncalli Jeep service manager Christian Bird who went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf regarding a significant battery issue. He personally contacted Mopar, successfully securing their agreement to cover the major costs of both the replacement batteries and the necessary labor. This exceptional initiative and successful resolution demonstrate outstanding customer care, and I highly recommend their service department.
