  I had an amazing experience at Tustin Kia! The entire process was easy, straightforward, and truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I was shopping with my two kids, which can be challenging, but the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The GM, Alex, was playing catch with my son while the staff made sure my kids had cookies, snacks, and water. That level of customer care is rare and so appreciated. Tommy, our sales specialist, was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. We absolutely LOVE our Kia Sorento Hybrid! It’s incredibly fuel-efficient, packed with features, and exactly what we were looking for. My kids LOVED Tustin Kia. They want to go back haha. A huge thank you to Alex, Tommy, and Denise in finance for making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.   Tustin Kia has been the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They weren’t pushy and hounding you in trying to make a sell. I loved everything about the experience and I walked away with a beautiful brand new Telluride! Rooz helped me with my purchase and he did an awesome job. Thank you for everything!

  I had an outstanding experience at Kia of Tustin and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ayden and Danny were incredibly patient throughout the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for my needs. I also want to recognize Yazmine in the service department, who was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even better. The entire team made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.   Leasing a new car could not have gone any better. This amazing brand new dealership was A+ from beginning to end. If you're lucky enough to get Joanne Tran as your salesperson it's your lucky day. She was extremely helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable. She took so much time with us explaining all of the features on the car and getting us the best deal on my daughter's new K4. She made this whole process so easy and affordable. Go see Joanne at Tustin Kia as she will make your whole day. :)
