  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Tustin Mazda! We purchased our Mazda CX-50 Hybrid Premium Plus in Machine Gray with the Red Interior on Memorial Day, and we absolutely love this vehicle. After months of research and comparing several options, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The real stars of this experience were Jimmy and Josh. This dynamic duo made what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying process feel effortless, enjoyable, and exciting. Their professionalism, attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. They went above and beyond to secure the exact vehicle we wanted and treated us like family from start to finish.   This was the absolute best car dealership experience I ever had. Josh and Chance worked with me on numbers very respectfully and I really got such a good deal on both the car and warranties. They offered good deals that even another Mazda dealership my husband got his car from didn’t even offer. I look forward to coming back again for maintenance or if we need to shop again! It was very easy, no pressure and stress free. I was out of there in just under 3 hours after starting negotiations remotely.

  I want to acknowledge Manny Zecena for helping me with my first-ever car purchase. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. He was straightforward, honest, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured.   In a world where it can be "tough to be a customer", Tustin Mazda delivered an A+ experience in buying a new 2026 Mazda 3! Special thanks for a job well done to Charles, Manny, Lori and Mr Patterson himself. Warm, friendly welcome and greeting by Charles moved quickly into Manny helping me buy the Mazda 3 model I had already settled on. Special thanx to Manny for pointing out the black wheels when I was deciding between silver (what I thot I wanted) and black (which I bought, thanx Manny!). Manny was equally helpful in explaining and executing the paperwork, and then helping me arrive at financing option/choice best for me. Lori presented the protection packages offered and helped me feel very good about adding super extended warranty, coatings protection, plus gap insurance. I knew what I wanted when I arrived at 10:30 AM. I pulled off the lot headed home just a bit over 2 hours later at 12:45 PM. Friendly, professional and respectful of your time. Tustin Mazda gets an A+
