  My husband needed a new vehicle and was looking for a Chevy Tahoe with upgraded features and packages. From the first phone call to driving away in his beautiful new Tahoe purchased at Twin Pines, Tim Brickel was fantastic to work with. He was empathetic with our situation (our car was totaled at no fault of our own), he was informative about the process, and made. The transaction as smooth as possible. I highly recommend working with Tim!

  I had an excellent experience at Twin Pine Ford. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Christie Kline, my Service Advisor, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I know I can be a bit finicky with my car, and I was when scheduling the appointment, but Christie handled everything professionally and made the process smooth. She also went above and beyond in assisting me with redeeming my FordPass Rewards points, which I really appreciated. I was also thrilled to discover that Joey Koller is now at Twin Pine Ford. He has been the only mechanic working on my car for the past five years, and quite honestly, the only one I trust to work on it going forward. His expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. If you have a high-performance Ford, Joey is absolutely the mechanic you want working on it. It’s great to have a dealership that combines excellent customer service with a technician I trust completely. Highly recommend!

  Sales gave me a lot of their time. Answer all questions, explained the processes for the transaction. Sales Were patient and tolerance for me along the way. Spent a great deal of time. Polite, and personable. Not a high pressure pitch.
