  What a great experience! I had a breakdown on my f-250 about 240 miles from home. I had the vehicle towed to Twin State in St. Johnsbury on a Saturday afternoon. Note: This was a major repair. 25k. Nerve wracking going to a dealer I was not familiar with. From the very start I knew I was in good hands. Will , employee of Twin state, notified me of when the truck arrived to their lot and also let me know that I would be contacted first thing on Monday. Come Monday Clarissa took over. Absolutely amazing. Double her pay! She kept me updated through out the entire process from start to finish. Great communication, took the time explain certain items, and made me feel 100% confident in Twin State doing the job. I picked the vehicle up last week. Again, the staff was so genuinely courteous and professional. The repair was 100% complete and on time!!! I would highly recommend twin state. Fantastic employees means they have good leadership in a positive culture. Thank you again Twin State and kudos to Clarissa! End result is a very happy customer that will go to Twin State to purchase the next truck.

  We have bought many Fords over the years, but this was our First from Twin State. The dealership experience was top tier. Jake made the process of trading in my 2023 Bronco Sport for a 2025 Explorer quick and easy. The pricing was transparent, trade in value was fair, and I got approved for the current Ford promo easily. James in finance was very knowledgeable and efficient. This dealership focuses on customer service and included a maintenance package with the vehicle for oil changes and tire rotations. Truly a pleasure doing business with them. As for the 2025 Explorer, we love it! Definitely an upgrade from prior year models.

  I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. Very courteous, have gone above and beyond my expectations. Dan Kelliher has helped me with my second purchase of a new vehicle from Twin State. He researched vehicles and financial products to make that happen for me. I love my new Ford Bronco Sport that he found for me. I love the room inside the cabin. The way the vehicle handles. I love the look, the extra features of the 2025 Big Ben series. Love my heated seats. It's sporty and luxurious all at the same time. Dan was so helpful and made me feel like Queen for a day. The service of getting the vehicle ready for me was fantastic. I feel that the price is what I would have expected to pay for this vehicle and the incentives and rebates really made it possible to trade my previous vehicle from Twin State Ford, a 2022 Ford Escape of which I loved. Thank you to everyone there that helped make this purchase a success and I will tell my friends and family to go to this dealership for great service, pricing and availability of the new and used vehicles they have to offer.

  I recently moved to the area and needed a bunch of stuff done. Jordan got me an estimate and set up an appointment. When I arrived, it was discovered that Jordan forgot to put it on the books. I couldn't wait around an extra couple of hours so I offered to come back the following week to complete the work. To my surprise, they got all work originally scheduled completed and without extra wait time!! Wow. I'm impressed. I knew Jordan was extremely busy the day I contacted them so it was an honest oversight. I've been bringing my rig to Ford dealerships for 5 years (in other states) and this place has been absolutely the best. Its one thing to be understanding and apologetic but to actually make things right in this day and age is another. I chose them over another dealership based on a phone call and customer service. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Twin State Ford!!

  Purchase and install new tires and complete state inspection. Excellent service today. Total time was about 2 hours. My service rep Eugene Darling was exceptionally friendly and worked hard to find $180.00 of rebates to my tire purchase. Service technician did a great job balancing my tire tires. The new tires produce a smooth and comfortable ride. All the folks of the service department were friendly and professional. Being dog friendly is an added bonus. It should also be noted that Eugene makes awesome popcorn. 😀
