  Kevin Miracle, Nathaniel Parks, and Matthew McLaughlin were an absolute pleasure to work with. Without their help, I wouldn't have known where to begin in my car buying process. After lots of back and forth, I finally settled into purchasing a Kia Sportage that a few weeks ago I didn't even know was a car. We were able to fine tune the package to fit my budget, needs, wants, and style. Kevin specifically answered very question I had. He was very patient and helped me come to my own conclusion for what best fit my ideal vehicle. I had a fantastic experience with Tyler Automotive!

  Kevin Miracle was FANTASTIC to work with. We checked out multiple different vehicles at different dealerships and NOTHING topped the 2025 KIA Telluride and the hospitality and the whole Tyler staff (shout out DJ and Tayler for keeping our toddler entertained). It’s our first brand new vehicle and they made the purchase very easy. THANK YOU to the whole Tyler staff! Any of our future purchases will be from them!

  First time visit for an oil change. As a new resident of St Joseph it is a little bit of a distance but fortunately I work in Niles so it was convenient. Got in last minute thanks to Luke for calling the master tech to see if he had time and thankfully he did. Luke was absolutely amazing as he was professional and made sure I left happy and that I did. as I was in the waiting area about an hour, there had been many employees that walked passed without acknowledging me which was a little disappointing. The few other customers that were waiting had acknowledged me and even started chatting with me. As a new resident of Michigan I am impressed with the amount of kindhearted people that I have either met or have crossed paths with compared to Illinois. Feels good to be acknowledged and with that said Taylor was the only employee who greeted me and asked me how I was doing. Like I said before there had been many people that walked passed me not saying a word but for some reason Taylor made my day as I am currently in a traumatic state of mind. She made me smile and this review is because of her. I was excited that someone acknowledged me and treated me like a valued customer. Her kind heart made me walk up to her and I told her how much that meant to me. She is absolutely amazing and even showed the utmost respect for my well being as I shared some of my story with her. She is a gem which in my eyes are rare and can be found 1 in a million. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for doing what she enjoys most, making people happy! Thank you Luke and Taylor for the excellent first time experience.

  Go see DJ at Tyler Kia, Niles, MI. I’ve had probably 20 cars in my life time a third of which were dealer purchased. I usually dread going to a dealer for obvious reasons. I think most people enter with their guard up. We also had some downright weird experiences last Spring when buying our most recent. That’s why my wife and I weren’t about to let our 20-something daughter go it alone buying her first car. We thoroughly researched everything for a few days. We had 3 options in mind and the second was at Tyler Kia in Niles. That’s when I met DJ. I have to say, I was a little taken aback. He was almost relieved when I shared how much we researched. He was actually excited to show us our options and very laid back but knowledgeable. There was never any pressure. He actually made the choice a pleasant experience while finding the best deal (an unbelievable deal). We actually double checked it on our phones when off together and test driving. Our daughter also got an outstanding rate on financing. We discovered during the process that the FCU they used has a first time buyer program that helps young people progress into their first time home buying plan! That’s exactly why she bought the car, to build credit toward home ownership. All in all, my best car buying experience ever. Pay DJ a visit at Tyler Kia in Niles!
