  I walked in at 3pm and walked out with keys and signed paperwork at 3:13. This was this ingle est and easiest car buying experience I e ever had. We’ve bought many cars from Tynans including my first new car 26 years ago and they are absolutely an amazing group of people! Thanks for the new Golf R!

  I bought a car here at the beginning of February and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The past few months before this I had been to several dealerships and spent lots of time searching online trying to find a used car that fit all of my requirements as my beloved 4Runner was on its last leg. Tynan's had a listing for a 2017 Subaru Forester that seemed perfect but they had just gotten it in so there were no photos online. I called the next morning and Omar sent me photos right away and confirmed that the car had been detailed, passed inspection, and was ready to sell. My mom and I came down right away to check it out. With proof of current insurance we were able to test drive the car without the company of a salesperson which was nice and the car continued to check all my boxes. After the test drive I knew I wanted it. Omar was a great salesman to work with, he was experienced, professional, and able to answer all of my questions, as this was my first time buying a car. Tynan's provided their detailed inspection, the CarFax history, and checked the car's VIN Number to see if there were any recalls. The dealership also offers a Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty which gave me piece of mind as there was no trial period/return policy. After finishing the paperwork with Omar, I worked with Tom in finance. He was very kind and a wealth of information. He took extra time to explain how a car loan can help build credit differently than a credit card. Overall the entire process was fairly quick and smooth. I had done lots of research ahead of time and I feel like I got an excellent value for the car, after driving it for a month I am very satisfied with my purchase. Still waiting for my official plates to come in the mail. Hopefully soon!

  Outstanding service! I bought a new 2024 Tiguan which I love! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working after I bought it and the lines were leaking freon. The salesman I bought the car through gave me a loaner car while the air conditioner was being repaired. Because the service department didn't have any loaner cars left at that time. Rachid, the service advisor was very respectful, patient and thorough. I must say that he made sure the car was repaired properly. And there's also a very friendly gentleman, Ron, who will drive you back home or to Enterprise-Rent-A-Car. I was impressed.

  I had a great experience at Tynan’s Nissan! They got the work done exactly when I needed it, and everything went smoothly. Rich was especially great to work with — he really listened to me and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

  This dealership is tacky and unprofessional. Be mindful they tack on service charges that are really not needed I took my vehicle to another Volkswagen dealership and have a full diagnostic done. When I took my vehicle to them they suggested service repairs that were unnecessary I'm not sure what kind of scammer gimmick they're running there but the customer service manager was rude and unprofessional wearing a neon orange T-shirt and neon shorts he had no business attire on he did not talk in a professional tone or manner and I would never ever do business with them nor would I ever ever recommend that anyone do business with them they are running some type of scam or gimmick telling people they need repairs when they don't and then the parts that they are suggesting that you need are not even new I would never send my enemy to this dealership for anything.
