I had a good experience with Tynan's Nissan, I have leased 3 cars through them and all the experiences have been good and the process is quick, generally 1-3 hours if the dealership is not busy. Genesis was the saleswoman that helped me through the process. She is very patient and willing to work with you through any situation. She is really good at her job and helps get you the best deal you can get.

Great service and personal stuff really helpful I had a great experience working with Adnan Hassan. He did an excellent job repairing my car and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Adnan was professional, polite, and very helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided all the instructions I needed regarding the repairs and maintenance. It's clear that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Adnan to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality automotive service. Thank you for the outstanding help!

Yasha has always taken care of us whenever we’ve come into this dealership. He’s a huge reason why this review is 5 stars! This is my second lease that I’m doing with the dealership and he always made it a breeze and made sure to keep us up to date! Also he got the color of the car I wanted just when I was polite enough to ask, and made sure the second lease was done in under 3 hours, walked out with a brand new car that day. 10/10 thank you Yasha!

My Nissan Leaf suffered a complete system failure immediately after charging and displayed “Service EV System No power.” As you can see in the attached photo. The vehicle became undrivable and had to be towed to this dealership. What happened next is the issue. I was told the vehicle will not even be looked at until the 13th, almost two weeks later, because it is warranty work and not a paying job. In other words, an undrivable vehicle is being deprioritized solely because the dealership won’t be paid the same. I rely on this vehicle to get to work, and this situation has left me without transportation. I then attempted to get basic assistance. - I was placed on hold for long periods with no updates - I was transferred multiple times and repeatedly sent to voicemail instead of reaching a manager - I explicitly asked for transportation options (loaner or rental) and received no clear answer At no point did anyone take ownership of the situation or provide a solution, despite the vehicle being disabled and already in their possession. This is not routine maintenance. This is a manufacturer system failure during normal use that left me without a vehicle for work. I have opened a case with Nissan North America, but the dealership’s response so far has been to delay, deflect, and avoid accountability. If your vehicle becomes undrivable, understand that you may not receive timely help here especially if the repair is under warranty.

I've purchased approximately six vehicles through Tynan's over the years, including both Nissan and Volkswagen, and I've always had my maintenance and oil changes done there. We even purchased our 2023 Nissan Kicks S brand new with cash from Tynans, so I assumed they would at least make a competitive offer when I decided to sell it with only 36,000 miles. The salesperson I normally work with wasn't there, so the appraisal was handled by a manager behind the front desk when you enter. She offered $12,400, with the explanation that they already had plenty of Kicks on the lot. There was no attempt to earn my business, no follow-up, and they simply let me walk out the door. I stopped at another (Domestic) dealership, and even they commented that Nissan should have been able to offer more because the vehicle still qualified for Nissan Certified Pre-Owned status. Shortly afterward, EchoPark contacted me through Facebook, offered $14,400, and had the entire transaction completed in about an hour. That's a $2,000 difference for essentially the same vehicle. This wasn't just about the money—it was about customer loyalty and effort. After purchasing multiple vehicles from your dealerships, buying new vehicles, paying cash, and consistently servicing them there, I expected someone to fight to keep my business. I currently have a leased Ariya that will be going back very soon, and frankly, I haven't been impressed with it. FYI, try to use the chargers Nissan dealers provide after you buy an EV. I'll be keeping my Infiniti QX80 for another year because it serves my towing needs, but after this experience, it will the last Nissan or Infiniti I own. Loyal customers remember how they're treated. In my case, one low appraisal and a lack of hustle cost future vehicle purchases and years of service business.
