  I purchased my 2025 Kia Soul from this dealership with the help of salesmen, Mr. Edward Bell. He was attentive to my needs and helped find the perfect vehicle for me!   Product Specialist Tony and BDC Mackenzie were very friendly and helpful! When I walked in, was welcomed by several associates and the BDC Manager Kia. All were nice and able to get me into the car I wanted! Update: So upon looking I got screwed from finance. I thought my GAP was included but didn’t receive it. Finance was very nice. Wish they would have explained it better. Make sure you check if they include it!!!!

  We were purchasing a 2026 Sportage Hybrid S AWD and had one locked in at another dealership on the 13th. On the morning of the 14th, I got a text stating that the other dealership had sold the car that morning. I contacted University Kia (as well as four other dealerships) looking for a this specific model. Thomas got back to me very quickly, confirmed he had what I was looking for, got me the on-line link to the finance application, and had everything confirmed all on the 14th. I picked it up on the 15th… I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Fair price, no hassles, quality vehicle. Thomas went over the entire vehicle with my wife to ensure she understood how everything worked (Hybrids are new to us). I highly recommend University Kia and specifically Thomas if your looking for a new Kia.

  5-Star experience with the “Easy Buy” online purchase. Jessica in internet sales was fantastic. We live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but they were the closest Kia dealer to us who had the Telluride X-Line SX-Prestige trim level and color in stock, that I wanted. Thomas the Sales Rep, and his driving assistant Frank, drove the car out to me the next day after purchase. Very nice, friendly, and professional young men. Great Experience all-around.
