  I recently purchased my new 2026 Ram 1500 with the Rambox. I have nothing but positive to say about everyone at the dealership. Especially Cory, he went above and beyond to work with me and help me get the truck I wanted. He was always available and answered every question. He was very professional and personable. I highly reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you again Cory, the truck is Amazing!

  I could not have had a better buying experience than I had at Upstate. Mike Johnson's can do attitude and actual delivery of a 1 day in and out purchase meant alot to me. We took his advice and went to Louie's for food and a refreshment after and were treated well. I am grateful to have found a truly professional dealership and I am absolutely enjoying my new Dodge.   I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Upstate! I showed up in the worst weather (those crazy rain storms) to test drive a 2022 Gladiator I was interested in. Mike was awesome. We was very down to earth, he was not even a little bit pushy, he was fun to work with, and had no hesitation about a downpour-test drive. The initial numbers he pulled were way better than I expected, payment wise as well as what I got or my trade-in - and when I worked with Jason in financing, the payment still stayed where I needed it, including getting a warranty! Both Mike and Jason were a real pleasure to work with - and I absolutely bought the truck!! When I came back to pick the truck up, it was super fast and super easy!! It was a fantastic experience, almost too easy. I appreciated the genuine feel of all the people I interacted with, not just my sales person. I would totally recommend coming here, it's worth the drive!! Thank you Mike, Jason, and Upstate Chrysler Dodge JEEP Ram!!!

  I had a really great experience working with Mike Johnson when coming in to look at a used Ram. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and never pushy. He took the time to go over the vehicle with me and answer all the questions I had even after the vehicle sale! Will be going to him for all my future car buying experiences.
