  Thanks Paco, Maurice, and Jermaine for a wonderful experience buying my new Tesla. I hardly knew how to even start a Tesla, but they navigated me through learning the tablet and everything. Me and my daughter love our new car. We appreciate everything they did for us.

  Thank you Paco for all your help ! Today Paco helped me to get a brand new 2026 K4. He was understanding to all my needs and let me test drive every single car until I felt like the car was right for me. Paco went out of his way to also make sure the price was doable knowing my circumstance. He made me feel like he was my tío who wanted to make sure I was taken care of for nursing school. I am so appreciative of the whole team for helping me today especially Paco for making sure I was handled appropriately. Thank you PACO !!!

  From start to finish an amazing experience with a class act dealership! Paco, was my sales man very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He ran all over the lot pulled 3 different colors of car parked them side by side.. I had a unique situation that caused me to wait a few weeks before purchase. He stayed in touch, communicated inventory and was always available for questions. Chaz and Dominick were two sales managers that also helped. Both of these guys look high and low for the Telluride color trim combo I wanted. Which proved to be a challenge. They didn’t haggle me on price they were straight forward and transparent. No back and forth just Price / payment options. Math is Math so I told them what I wanted and it was done. At close Chaz even sat with me in the car for over 30mins making sure I was connected to Kia app. He made sure I knew every little detail of that vehicle and how it worked. Richard I called him inventory wizard. He was behind the scenes looking up vehicles and there locations tracking new ones coming in and trying to find what I wanted. As a team Paco, Chaz, Dominick, and Richard searched high and low. Dominick finally found me the vehicle had someone drive same day to get it and I was able to sign paper work next morning. Finance with Rafael was so smooth I was out of there in 30 mins. He made sure I understood paperwork, he explained everything and was very friendly. So when I say from start to finish this was an amazing experience, I mean from start to finish. Valley Kia is truly a professional dealership. This experience is how car buying should be. Thank you to the owner Steve and all the guys, at Valley Kia. I absolutely love my new ride! I had a great time buying it.

  Highly recommend getting your Kia from Valley Kia , the dealer is family owned and doesn’t require the long hours of going back and forth with your sales man . I worked with Eric and he was phenomenal from start to finish , very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made sure we were able to get to where I felt comfortable as far as numbers go and I was able to drive off in a 2027 Kia telluride and even checked in with us after couple days after the purchase to make sure we were still happy with our purchase.

  Jae Haseq was amazing to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process smooth and easy. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all my questions. I’m very happy with my 2021 Kia and highly recommend asking for Jae if you’re shopping for a vehicle! 🚗✨
