  Very helpful, informative and patient sales staff. The car we originally planned to test drive was sold before we got there. But they had an excellent variety of options and after looking at a few of them we made the purchase of a new KIA Telluride. Very pleased with the attentive service. Pleasantly surprised by the lifetime oil changes are included at any Van Horn dealership.

  Just purchased a 2026 Kia Sorento and we absolutely love it! We took a test drive and then completed the online credit application at the dealership...took about an hour. Then after about another hour of time, we were taking our new vehicle home on the same day! They currently offer 0% financing for 48 months or .9% for 60 months, and we even benefited from an unexpected $750 incentive rebate, offered on certain vehicles. Their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty is amazing, as well as lifetime oil changes! Our sales person was Aaron Serrano whose expertise and knowledge, along with his extremely professional and friendly personality made this a very positive buying experience for us. He made sure we received thorough instruction and were comfortable with our new vehicle's operation and functionality before leaving the dealership. We highly recommend Van Horn Kia in Sheboygan. ...truly a top of the line operation, with a huge inventory selection.

  The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and this is my 5th time going through this process. This was our second trip into Wisconsin to find the right car, first trip to Milwaukee did not pan out at all, don’t go there. Van horn Kia was quick, easy & painless. They were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of a female buying a car. Lovely to deal with. Would drive the 4 hours just to deal with Jess Farris and her team again!

  Overall happy with my purchase. Everyone was nice and friendly. The place was clean and welcoming. The interior of the used car I purchased could have been cleaner though; on the surface it looked clean, but you can see a lot of crumbs and things left in crevices. I had good credit and I would have preferred a better rate than what I got there. I had better rates shopping in my local area. After the finance guy returned with my rate, I was only shown one rate opposed to other dealerships that show you a lot of rates from various lenders they work with. This gave me 2 impressions: 1) I lacked a choice and 2) that they choose a rate that would benefit them opposed to benefiting me. But they have a good selection of cars that are decently priced. The salesman gave the car a wash and filled up my tank before handing it over to me. He also mentioned they replaced the battery for me right away too. The salesman was a nice guy to work with, he did a good job. Overall, it was a decent experience here and I would buy another car here again. I am being candid with the negatives because feedback is the only way to improve.

  I highly recommend this service for its outstanding quality and fair pricing. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, with a deal ready before I even arrived at the dealership, making the experience especially convenient. I was impressed by the range of features offered in Kia vehicles at such an affordable price point. The sales team was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, all without any pressure.
