  ​I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I worked with Jamie, who did an absolutely wonderful job from start to finish. ​Jamie was the ultimate professional—he was incredibly attentive and stayed on top of every detail, making sure he got me exactly what I was looking for. One of the things I appreciated most was that he never pushed me into anything I didn’t want; he truly listened to my needs and respected my decisions. ​Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jamie stayed in constant contact and kept me updated every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a smooth, no-pressure car-buying experience, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Jamie!

  Vancampen really raised the standards for dealrships and service! We purchased our 2026 Jeep Grand Cheerokee from them recenty. Not only did Chad in sales take care of us and answered all our questons and concerns we came to an agreement on a good price. Moving on we did have an unxpected service issue they responded quickly with a game plan and follow up during the proccess. Between Chrysler and the Vancampen team they provied an all around above and beyond service and we were back on the road in a timely manner. Highley Recomend!

  100% recommend! 5⭐️s My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee overheated on I80 West at 5:00 pm on a Monday. I had my car towed to Van Campen motors and they had it diagnosed by 1 pm Tuesday. I was on the road by 4:30 that day. Matt and Eric and all the guys in the shop were extremely helpful and very communicative. They even sent me a video link of the work that they were doing to my vehicle. They were very transparent with pricing upfront. Gave me options with no pressure in case I wanted to purchase some extras like switching out my filthy air filter while the car was in the shop anyway. I declined, since this was an emergency repair, and they never tried to pressure me. I highly recommend this business.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They sold my wife a 2020 durango that was in an accident before she bought it and did not disclose that it was. Now the car has all types of problems due to the previous accident and they refuse to fix it. The car has a warranty and they will only cover one part and vancampen wants me to be responsible for all other expenses. I have removed all vancampen logos off of this car and I have and will tell everyone not to buy from this place. THEY ARE CON ARTIST. Once again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! As you can see in there comments that if you put 20,000 miles on ur vehicle they no longer give a damn about you. They will try to con their way out of taking responsibility for selling us a vehicle that now has problems due to a previous accident before we owned it. Even my insurance company said that there is no way that they didnt know that this car was in an accident or they just dont look over the vehicles before they sell them. All I asked is that they make it right and they wont. The ac condenser, radiator, and trans cooler have a huge bend in them from a bad front end collision that we did not cause. Do yourself a favor and read every bad review about this place. They always have an excuse, always blame the customer and never except responsibility for what they do wrong. CON ARTIST!!!!!

  I will never buy any vehicle from anyone else!! They don't just sell you great cars at great prices, they treat you like family! Not just at purchase, the auto shop guys are the best in PA- they are there for you forever - and they all deserve a toast for exceptional customer service.
