  Went out yesterday to get a new car for myself this Christmas and came back in a Nissan Rogue that is driving like butter on the road.   Dropped off my 2024 Ram Laramie for service. The truck was delivered to the dealership in flawless condition, with no existing exterior damage. I have third-party documentation from the tow truck driver, including photographs taken both before pickup and upon delivery to the dealership, confirming the condition of the vehicle at the time it entered their possession. When I returned to retrieve my truck, I discovered that it had been damaged while in their care. The damage is not minor; it is a significant crease in the body panel that was not present at the time of drop-off. I raised the issue with the dealership and was informed that they would not take responsibility for the damage. Their position was first that I could not prove the damage occurred while the vehicle was on their property, and further that I had signed paperwork purporting to hold them harmless for any damage while the vehicle was in their custody. I dispute their refusal to address this matter. Vehicles in dealership custody are typically covered under shop or garage keepers insurance, and it is reasonable to expect that damage occurring while a vehicle is in their care would be handled appropriately through standard insurance or repair procedures.

  Lisa Clark, Vaughn saleswoman, is an experienced dealer who cares about people. No matter the dilemma she will always stretch her resources to find a way to get you or your loved one in some reliable wheels. There aren’t any guesses or surprises about what will happen with your transaction. She is very transparent and she tries really hard to make the process smooth. In a fast paced world, she makes the process of paperwork and decisions pleasurable. You should go see her for all your car needs. The finance department is quick and professional. The lady who helped us tried to find us the best rates for our situation. We felt valued.
