“I want to start by saying that my salesperson was incredibly kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the buying process. Management was also courteous and pleasant to work with. I began speaking with the dealership and negotiating pricing in mid-April, and ultimately finalized my purchase on April 30. Although we had multiple phone conversations and exchanged messages beforehand, and I had already selected the vehicle in an effort to streamline the process, the purchase still took approximately four hours. With better organization and a simple checklist of the required documents sent before my appointment, this process could have been much more efficient. When I inspected the vehicle, I noticed some minor scratches. My salesperson immediately assured me they would be repaired, which I appreciated. We scheduled the repair appointment for 9:00 a.m. on June 23. I arrived early, but the dealership was not ready to get me into a loaner vehicle until around 9:30 a.m. While waiting, I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation in the showroom where two salespeople were yelling at one another across the room. A lady stepped in to try to de-escalate the situation, and the manager assisting me had to take each employee outside separately to address the conflict. This was not the type of environment I expected as a customer. Unfortunately, there was another issue with the loaner vehicle. Although I had requested a vehicle equivalent to the one I purchased, the third-party rental provider informed me that Mitsubishi had not properly reserved one, so I was given a crossover instead. While it wasn't what I requested, I do appreciate that the dealership later delivered my repaired vehicle back to me and picked up the loaner, which was convenient. While my vehicle was at the dealership, I requested that they also check the windshield washer fluid because my windshield washers were not functioning properly.
