The gentleman who checked me out when I picked up my vehicle was also great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. I also want to recognize the young man who checked me in when I first brought the vehicle in. He was so patient and friendly, even though I know I can be very particular about my car. I'm extremely careful with my paint and specifically requested that my vehicle not go through a car wash because I only use touchless washes. Everyone listened to my concerns, respected my requests, and made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and this team truly delivered.
