“Edited: CAUTION: This dealership only cares about $$ and not backing up what they sell. I would NOT buy a vehicle from them without having an independent mechanic checking it out. I made a MASSIVE mistake by trusting them. The fact that when they did the inspection and it wouldn't start (they had to replace the starter) and that a few days later I got an email saying there was an issue with the Ignition Switch (which I was not informed at the time) Should have been HUGE RED FLAGS. So after getting the vehicle home (had it two weeks) I had a check engine light come on. Took it to my Fantastic local Dealership Glenn Polk. The light turned out to be just a loose wire. During their Multipoint Inspection (Which I had assumed had been done when I bought the Jeep) They identified over $3000 in repairs needed that were apparently swept under the rug at Shottenkirk. On top of that, the starter went bad (after 2 weeks - crazy right?) I tried to work with the Manager Brandon to have them tow the vehicle down to fix the issues, but I was told repeatedly that I bought it as is, and they would not cover the cost of the tow. Along the way I was ghosted when trying to communicate with the Salesman Dan, Cody in the Service Department, and Justin, whom I was told left for another store less than 24 hours after talking to him. My last hope is that someone in the Shottenkirk Family or the Manager Lexus have enough loyalty to customers like myself that put their trust in family owned businesses. If someone steps up and makes this right, I will happily edit my review (again) - but for now Beware you are just a dollar sign to the Sales Department, not a customer that deserves to be treated right. P.S. I'm sure they will write a response to this (most do) but I would be highly skeptical of any response where they are just covering their you know what's. Also, the second Image (yes AI generated) FEELS like the vehicle they sold me after everything they have put me through”
