“I will never use this dealership for anything moving forward! I bought a 2023 Ford Bronco with 29K miles at the end of March 2026. It breaks down on April 10th. I get it towed back to the dealership. They do not offer me a rental car until the next week. I had to rent a rental car at the airport on my own dime! It was $400. Also, they take two weeks to inspect my car just to have it towed to Germain Ford for repair. They’re extremely understaffed! I wouldn’t trust them to do repairs even on a Jeep! Anyways, my car needs a new engine and new twin turbos. It’s covered under the powertrain for $13,754 in total repairs at Germain. However, these issues were never caught by Performance Jeep before I was sold a lemon. They just pawned the issues off onto an unsuspecting victim. The vehicle was poorly maintained. Now 56 days later, I have my car back. I’m out $400 for the rental. I will never use this dealership for anything moving forward. I have two free oil changes. I’m not using them at that dealership! Too understaffed to care. Buyer beware!!!”
