“I had an EXCELLENT experience at Stone’s in Rexburg. I found a great car on Facebook marketplace and had great interactions and responses from a salesman named Curtis. He answered questions on the car and applicable costs. The dealership experience was fantastic. It was low pressure and I was assisted by Kelten. We were able to take a test drive and show the car to my husband. I wanted the night to think about the purchase and was again given space without high pressure sales tactics. The next day I took the car out with my husband and decided to purchase it! The sales manager (Jesse?) was kind and personable- not the arrogant cocky type I was anticipating. Then the dreaded finance manager- luckily we weren’t financing but even if I would need to I would definitely take another meeting with Cayson. I would definitely give my experience with each employee at Stone’s a five star review. I will definitely be back and grateful for such a positive purchase.”
