  I haven’t trusted a dealership for years and the one time I try again they don’t tighten the caliper bolts, my pregnant wife and I got 8miles down the road and lost control at 60mph, looked underneath to see the entire caliper wedged into my rim Not only did this happen but they shipped my used tires away when I said I wanted them I’ll give the credit on the engine tune up but goodness gracious that’s a huge mistake that could’ve potentially been fatal to my entire bloodline! Stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours trying to get a tow and when I brought up getting reimbursed for the tow bill back to the dealership they said “we might be able to pay that” It did get paid but that just showed me the kind of corporate greed and poor customer service. At the very end of it when they returned my truck with a low tank from test driving it (which come on yall send me out on the road like that to nearly crash and die and you can’t top off what you used? Bruh…) dude goes yea next time you come in I’ll hook you up with a car cleaning. Why not hand it back to me clean from the beginning if yall really felt any ounce of accountability Poor communication from Jason at the counter throughout the process could never get a hold of him Management seemed to care less about the whole thing. The fact that they only resurfaced my rim from the damage and replaced the caliper/ brake lines because I brought it up just baffles me, how is it not common sense that those getting replaced when you’re the business that screwed the pooch not cross your mind Thank you for confirming my qualms with dealerships and I’ll stick to my chrisfix YouTube videos(if you know you know) If you’re coming here even for the most basic brake job you might want to crawl underneath and go over the work you’re gonna be paying for and hold their hand. To say that they’ll send you out in the road to lose control in your family vehicle is not an understatement I’m an over the road truck driver barely home

  Went in for a routine oil change. They rotated the tires. Because the “car doc “ program I was able to get this done for 11 years on time and rotate tires. They have taken very good care of us as customers. Ted, who was very pleasant and took time to show me what my problem Was may very well be responsible for Keeping myself and My new grandchildren safe!! I found my van had a very serious brake problem that was also causing even more pain of a problem. I will tell you. I brought the car home and took it to a brake shop and the repairs were the same as they said….. and definitely cost more. !! Which proves that a new car dealer is NOT always the most expensive. …. But they are the most accurate. We went once again with Victory Chrysler, dodge, Jeep and Ted showed us that they can be attentive and reasonably priced as well as personable. We were very pleased

  I had an amazing experience at Victory! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Jason in Service was incredibly helpful, kept me updated the entire time, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Scott, the Service Manager, was outstanding and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. Tyler, the Sales Manager, was also great to work with and truly cares about the customers and the overall experience. It’s hard to find a dealership that genuinely makes you feel valued, but this team absolutely does. Friendly staff, great communication, and top-notch customer service all around. Highly recommend Victory Shallotte for both sales and service!

  Had a great experience purchasing a CPO truck from Victory. I reached out via Cargurus and got an immediate response. We had the deal done by next day and picking up the vehicle was quick and painless. Ed Dempsey was nice to work with.

  Todd found us a car while we were on vacation. He was very helpful and found us what we needed at a time when we weren’t expecting to be buying a new vehicle. Our car broke down and he was able to get us a fair trade and had compassion and understanding of our situation. Highly recommended.
