a month agoPurchased a 2026 Forester from Villages Subaru. Purchase was a great experience. All the staff were helpful. Special thanks to Chris Hunter, the sales tech I worked with. Highly recommend you see him if you are looking for next car. No pressure sale. Super knowledgeable. And super friendly.

4 months agoIf I could give anything less than a one I would. I’ve had this car 2 months and made my first payment at the beginning of march. When I purchased this car, it had a few nicks on it and was promised by the salesman, Lemond, that he would get me touch up paint for it. Never received that. Then when I went to the finance office to sign paperwork, I was told I would need to purchase an extended warranty because this vehicle being used did not have a warranty. So I purchased the warranty and was told it was a bumper to bumper warranty. I went on vacation with my sister in law and parked my car at her house. Came back to find my dashboard like this. Was told by the service department that it was not covered under my warranty because it looked like water damage. They did their testing and determined that water did not get in the car. Then was told that it more than likely would not be covered because it was “cosmetic “ but they would check it out. It’s been a week and all I’ve gotten from them is a request for a survey! Very disappointing that they take advantage of people. P.S. This damage is in between the glass and the instrument panel not on the outside where it can be cleaned up. Can barely see the mileage and the fuel gauge. When I am ready to purchase a “NEW” vehicle, I definitely will not be purchasing from this dealership. **UPDATE** Since posting original review, my issue has been resolved and I couldn’t be more happier. So I am changing my review from a 1 to a 5 star. The repair was covered and Lemond in Sales, made good his promise to get me the touch up paint I needed and was promised. He even made it a point to come out and talk to me and make sure that everything else with the car was to my satisfaction. You, Lemond, are an asset to Villages Subaru. Jason, the service manager, even called me to assure me that it would be fixed and I would not have any expense on my part. Matt, in the service department, was awesome, he rememb

4 months agoI bought a used Ascent at the end of February. It was the quickest, easiest interaction with a dealership I’ve ever had. The GM came out and spoke with me and my husband, he was very kind and personable. I did up having some issues with the veh (again, used car) but everyone I spoke to was super helpful and quick to get it fixed for me. Dennis, Justin, Emily, Lemond- all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for all their assistance.

2 weeks agoTyler greeted me politely at store after we spoke on phone. We discussed what I wanted to look at, then walked to several units. He got an appraiser to review my possible trade and we moved forward to the point where I called my wife and went home to bring her to help with selection. We initial looked at a Crosstrek but upgraded to a hybrid Crosstrek. Have now driven more than a week and we are both very pleased. This is our first Subaru after several Nissans over the last 23 years. Drives very well. Excellent ride even though it is not large.

a month agoIf this is requesting info on my sales experience, the actual sales person was fine. The employee in the finance office failed to properly explain documents. Further, he has yet to return 4 phones calls to him, including one message left thru the sales manager. This is subpar service. Because of this I doubt I will be buying any more cars from this dealership. Their service department, however, is awesome.
