  We had such a great experience at this dealership! Jake was our salesman, and Keenan, one of the managers, also came over to help us throughout the process. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, answering all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. They took the time to thoroughly educate us on all of our financing and leasing options so we could make the best decision for our family. We honestly weren’t even planning on buying a car that day — we originally just came in to test drive a few vehicles to see what would be the best fit for us as we prepare to become new parents. We needed something newer, safe, comfortable, and spacious enough for a growing family, and they helped us find exactly that. We ended up leaving with our perfect fit: an Atlas Cross Sport, and I couldn’t be happier with it! This was by far the smoothest and most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jake and Keenan genuinely made the process feel easy and supportive rather than pushy or sales-focused. It truly felt like they wanted to help us make the right choice instead of just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend this dealership, along with Jake and Keenan specifically, to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience!

  After a not-so-great experience at another dealership, we found ourselves just exploring at VW of Duluth. We set a boundary ahead of time that we were not planning to purchase that day, and our rep, Jake, respected that. He was patient and kind, and showed us every variation of the model we were interested in. We had such a great experience that we ended up driving a new car off the lot! Even though we were there past closing hours, several employees stayed late to help our transition be smooth and comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and likely won't ever go elsewhere!

  I had such an amazing experience with buying our 2024 Atlas. Went in not really looking to buy yet and just fell in love with the Cross Sport. Tony Erickson was such great help with taking the time to go over everything with in the car before I drove home with it. Made me feel confident knowing I purchased the right car for our family. My husband 2 months later traded in his truck and bought an Atlas. I would recommend Tony Erickson and the Management team to anyone for their next purchase.

  I had such an amazing experience buying my car here. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly way better than I expected. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never made me feel pressured at any point, which meant a lot. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident in every step of the process. What really stood out to me is how great the experience was overall—I actually recommended them to a friend afterward, and she ended up buying a car from them too! That alone says a lot about the level of service they provide. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.

  We had a really excellent experience with Volkswagen Duluth. Literally traumatized by the last local dealership experience we had, I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car. But Gabriel and Keenan made it literally so easy! We went from test drive to leaving with the vehicle in two hours. The vehicle is exactly what we wanted and we’ve have had it for a week now and love it! And yesterday we received coffee mugs and fresh cookies in the mail. Lovely touch and we appreciate it! Volkswagen Duluth focuses on customer service, and doesn’t act like they are doing you a favor by helping you buy a car. We as consumers have the choice to take our business anywhere we want, and my husband and I definitely recommend Gabriel and Keenan at Volkswagen Duluth.
