“Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.”
