  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review After a previous Volvo dealership experience in Delaware, I was honestly very cautious about visiting another Volvo dealer. I went to Annapolis Volvo without even planning to buy a vehicle — but I ended up driving out with one, and I couldn’t be happier. I want to especially thank Michael Lash from the sales department, the General Manager (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall), and most importantly the wonderful lady in the Finance Department. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine kindness completely changed my perspective. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I truly felt valued as a customer, which is rare these days. I left Annapolis Volvo extremely happy and confident with my purchase.   I had an excellent experience at Volvo Cars Annapolis. Devin and Alan provided incredible support throughout the entire car-buying process. Their level of care, communication, and transparency truly stood out and made everything smooth and stress-free. They treated me with the highest standards of respect and professionalism, and every detail was handled with great attention and quality.   We just purchased a certified used 2023 Volvo xc40 AWD from Annapolis Volvo. They were awesome, Alan the manager and Mike mohr our sales person did a fantastic job from speaking over the phone, to negotiating the deal, to delivery the same day. The vehicle was just like they stated over the phone and the Internet. The vehicle was a certified volvo with additional factory warranty. The financing was through Volvo finance the rate was great. we we're very happy with the purchase experience. Thank you again Alan and mike for everything.

  We had a great experience purchasing a S60 hybrid from Volvo of Annapolis. We drove 5 hours from Raleigh, NC to Annapolis, MD. We made the down payment over the phone to secure the car. The price was fair and Ian Taylor was fantastic answering our questions. I wasn’t surprised when he followed up the day after we bought the car. However, I was surprised when he called to check-in two weeks post purchase. The car is doing great and we are happy customers.

  My son Lavon was the one that thought this car would be best because of the safety history. He worked with Michael Lash and the rest is history. I love my Car but still learning it. I have it in for service now, Michelle is the best she communicates with you as the car is being service. Shawn is my technician and he has do a great job . I have over all been very staffed with my experience. Sorry it took so long for me to do a review. Thanks everyone
