  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Walker Kia. Brad was hands down the best salesman I’ve worked with in the past 20 years. He listened to exactly what I wanted, respected my needs, and delivered exactly what I asked for without trying to push anything extra. What really stood out was the honesty and transparency throughout the process. No back-door gimmicks, hidden surprises, or pressure tactics, just straightforward, great old fashioned customer service and a smooth buying experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually listens and treats customers right, ask for Brad at Walker Kia. Highly recommend! A+ customer service and complete transparency.   Started working with Kayla Wiley over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I was going to end up buying but she got everything where I needed it. She wasn’t a pushy salesman and was very peaceful to work with. Her and Robin made everything so easy. I felt at peace when walking out the door!

  April was amazing with helping me find my dream car. I was not expecting to drive home with a new car that same day but she made it happen. My car didnt even make it off the truck yet and it was mine. Everyone is so professional and kind here.

  I have been looking at the Kia Telluride for a long time, and finally decided to go and test drive one at our local Kia dealership in Alexandria, Louisiana. My husband and I spoke with Brad Racine Jr. and asked if he could find a specific model Telluride for us. Not only could hefind the model, but he found the gray Wolf color I wanted. The X Pro Prestige he sold us is amazing. Kia stepped up their design and engineering game. We recommend them for going above and beyond while staying in communication with us and having the entire staff treat us with kindness and professionalism. Robin also took additional time to find us a favorable rate very close to the target we wanted. There was never any buyers remorse. On the next day when I picked it up, they did an excellent job with detailing And washed it. I will highly recommend my friends and family to come to Walker Kia In the future.

  This place is incredible! Mrs. Sissy was so easy to speak with on the phone and so sweet! Brandon went absolutely above and beyond for me. He was so patient with me and my mom during the process. I would recommend him to any and everyone! They made my car buying process so easy and hassle-free the way it should be!
