  I drove front the Boise area to pick up a 2026 C-HR. I worked with Chris over text and phone and had all the numbers worked out ahead of time. His partner Alejandro met me as I pulled in and knew me by name. We test drove the car to make sure everything was good while Corey from the finance team got going on the paperwork. He offered GAP and extended warranty options, but didn’t put on any pressure when I declined. We signed the papers and I was out the door driving home within an hour. This was easily the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, it was well worth the drive to get there.

  I just purchased BEAUTIFUL 2026 Toyota Tundra Platinum from Walla Walla Toyota. The entire staff, sales, finance, service and detail made this new truck buying experience the best that I have ever experienced! I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. Alicia Ledesma was so great to work with, very kind and pleasant to talk to about my vehicle needs. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE at Walla Walla Toyota is a true professional and I would highly recommend anyone in need for a vehicle to look first at Walla Walla Toyota for a new or used vehicle. The service department goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer to walk in their doors. I want to give a special thanks to Justin, Steven, Nate and Sarah Ricks…. These folks are professionals and care about their customers like non other. Walla Walla Toyota…. You guys rock!!!!

  My car purchasing process was so quick and easy. Jose did amazing at getting me just what I wanted. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend buying a car from these guys

  Very thankful for Chris Rios's assistance in getting me into a new vehicle after a terrible experience with our local Honda dealership. It feels nice to be out of a rental car and into a new car after a 4 week battle with Honda regarding selling me a vehicle of which engine blew out within 60 days. Thank you for being quick, helpful and caring! Also for ensuring that we will be taken care of as a customer should. Thank you for providing transparency and reliability! Great experience so far.

  I always take my car here for oil changes, tire rotations, and basically all the maintenance my car needs. They did my service on Monday, and everything went great. The service advisor Juan was super helpful and took the time to explain the results of my car inspection and what things may need to be looked at in the future. The staff overall is super welcoming, friendly, and thorough about making sure everything is taken care of. I also really appreciate the waiting area — the cookies and popcorn are such a nice touch while you wait! Overall, amazing customer service every time and I definitely recommend coming here.
