  Everyone I have come into contact with at the Walnut Creek Ford Service Department is great. I want to highlight Andrew Girdler because he provided service that went far beyond expectations. In a world where great customer service can feel rare, Andrew stands out in every way. From the start, he treated me like family — the family you actually like (had to throw that in there). He has a huge heart and genuinely cares about the people he helps, not just the repair itself. You can tell he takes pride in making sure you feel heard, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire process. He doesn’t make you feel like just another customer walking through the door; he makes your experience matter. Andrew’s level of care, professionalism, and authenticity is something you don’t forget.   I initially visited Livermore Ford to explore their EV options, but found that the prices were listed above MSRP and the quotes remained higher than expected.   I recently got my first truck from here. Everyone was so friendly I honestly thought it was fake... I thought they're only being nice as a sales tactic. However, as I was waiting to do paper work I was able to have personal conversations with a few of the team members. We talked travel, buissness and other things not really related to buying a car. I got a familiar feeling, like I was hanging out with friends. I guess at walnut creek ford, they really do treat you like family. Again, as I was waiting to do paper work, everyone in the building was shaking my hand and congratulating me on my new truck. It's like they understood how big of achievement this was and yet this was the first time they ever met me! I'm just very impressed with the genuine care they had. They were real. Bill Brandt ford was very "salesman" type people. Whole different vibe. Here at walnut creek ford they understood that me getting my first truck was a huge milestone in my life and they were all more then happy to celebrate that with me. Again, at first I didn't trust it. I didn't trust them. But if they can make even me, give them five stars.... that shows the type of customer service they have. They searched relentlessly for the exact truck that fit my needs. From color, to price range, they wanted to make the experience as good as possible. And big kudos to them for accomplishing that. Because I'm very happy with my truck, and im very happy with the entire experience of buying it. Special shout out to the manager Arman, he really went to bat for me. He definitely was a solid choice for them to pick as a manager. Super genuine and down to earth. Polite and informative. Hope you guys get to read this as well as future customers.   Walnut Creek Ford did a great job in my search for a new vehicle. They had a great price, and the sales rep (Mark) made the whole process easy. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new car!
