  DOMINIQUE CERRI IS YOUR MAN!! After a tumultuous experience at a previous dealer, we decided to test drive a 2024 Durango for my wife. Immediately after checking in, Dominique greeted myself, my wife, and my children individually acknowledging us all. At that moment I knew immediately we were going to have a good experience. My consultant prepared the test drive which Dominque all confirmed on file. He had the vehicle prepared and pulled it out to test drive for us right away. He explained all of the features of the vehicle, how it drove, how electronics function, and made sure our kids were safe and having fun. Once the test drive was completed, Dominique immediately followed up if we had any questions or concerns. He answered all of them with great precision and gave me confidence that we were making a solid purchase. We traded in our Jeep Wrangler (that we previously bought from Walser CJD!) and drove away with our new Durango happy! This is my 3rd vehicle from Walser CJD and each experience has been great.   I had such a great experience working with Nick B. that I felt like I had to share it. From the very beginning--when I was just exploring the 2021 Jeep Compass--Nick was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how comfortable the whole process felt. I didn't feel haggled, pushed into anything, or taken advantage of (which is something I've definitely worried about with car buying in the past). Instead, I felt supported and informed every step of the way. By the time we finalized everything, I actually felt confident and good about my decision which says a lot.   I have been using this dealership for service for a couple of years now and always have a great experience. Recently upgraded my vehicle through them as well and again, very positive experience. Nick from sales helped me out and was really great to work with, answered all of my questions and no pressure sales.
