  We have taken our Ram 1500 to this dealership since we bought it. Service has normally been good. Today, I was disappointed. My first impression upon entering the service area, everything came across as "we just dont care". This was evident in how i was treated, to information shared regarding questions we had and in the appearance of the personnel. I dont normally write negative reviews but this one disturbed me greatly. There have been issues in the past, but this topped it for me.

  We will never buy another vehicle from Ward Chrysler. From the first encounter, we were deceived, lied to, and misinformed. The dealership sold our trade in before we took possession of the new car promised us, and we didn’t even get a chance to clean our stuff out. When we did get the “new” car, it was a totally different car than what we signed for and had over 5000 miles on it. We have fought with them for over two months and, as of today, there are still issues we are dealing with. They have not paid off our trade in, which has dinged our credit score, they refuse to honor the finance rate they supposedly “corrected “ so we have a higher monthly payment, and then they told us the first car we went to look at wasn’t sold, like we were told, it was available the whole time!

  We went in on a Saturday during one of the big sales. Our salesman, Charles, advised he had a vehicle in mind for me to purchase. He showed me a 2022 Ford Edge Titanium. It was a beautiful metallic black and looked brand new. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase it. Charles and the finance manager gave me everything offered in the sale, $4000 over book value for my trade and lowered my payment over $200. Thank you Charles and Darien for keeping your word at Ward Chrysler Carbondale.

  Never buy a car here!!!!! I bought a used car last year and my transmission has gone out completely and I am paying out of pocket to replace. Other issues have come up to with sensors stopping working. I was told the car was fine when I bought it and had no issues. That was clearly not the case.

  Greetings! My name Ingvaar. I am from country of ice. I make travel to untied states for to catch fruit bats for scientific studies in my homeland. I make trades at this outpost for jeep compass. (They were even willing to trade for my heftiest wench). While the trading side of the outpost was sufficient, the real warriors are Mr Ward's gods of wrenches. These handsome noble men have saved my travels many times. Radio breaking? NO. They fix. Recall? NO. They fix. Congratulations if you are finding yourself in the kingdom of Mr. Ward.
