  Making an appointment was very convenient online. Wait time was about an hour. Decent for a diesel oil change. I traveled 45 mins to a dodge dealer for reputable service. I was happy at first. I return back home (45 mins) to find oil everywhere. I called the manager and he sent a tow truck to pick up my truck. The next day I received a phone call at 12PM that a o-ring was bad and the oil filter was leaking. (For over 45mins it was leaking on the way home) I was promised they would bring the truck back to me but they didn’t have anyone to do that the next day. After I spend an hour and half of driving I return home to find that they had replaced the oil filter housing as well. I continue to inspect their checked ok checklist and I find my cabin air filter in very poor shape. It was never inspected. Very disappointed in the service I received. I will continue to monitor my truck for damage from your poor service. Two days without a vehicle, 3 hours of driving, and $308 oil change bill that most likely damaged my truck. All I received was “sorry about that”

  I had been looking at trucks for almost a year when my girlfriend insisted that I go in and meet with Tom Roberts. I told him what I wanted and what my budget needed to be. He was excellent! No wasting time or pressure just gave me numbers and options! I found the perfect truck and for a great price!!!! Go in and ask for Tom! This guy gets it done.

  Wonderful customer service, friendly and easy to work with. First stop was to troubleshoot my CarPlay and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Second stop a week later traded my 2018 Charger for a 2026 charger scatpack plus. Completely spur of the moment and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made the process easy. No pressure, no pushing.

  Bought a 2019 Pacifica from here. Hadn’t even had it a month and it’s been in and out of the shop for work. I will say the service department has been exceptional for the most part. Highly recommend seeking an outside opinion if you plan on buying a vehicle here. The buying process was pretty straightforward and they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extras so I can appreciate that. All in all not a horrible experience just very annoying having to have my vehicle in and out of the shop.
