  I was in search of a new car today, and I have to say... I had the best experience! Of course, I did my homework beforehand and was convinced that **$5K** was going to be the magical number for my trade-in... well, maybe not! 😂 But hey, I respect the reality. **P.S. I'm not 80!** 🤣 Thank you, Sean, for the reminder. Meanwhile, no one could find Eric... turns out he was busy helping another buyer! 😆 Then 2:00 PM arrived, and reality started setting in... How much? How much? How much? Jaime kept it 💯 from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency. The lender approved me, and I'm happy with my selection! To Sean, Eric, and Jaime thank you for making the process matter through your respect, honesty, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding customer service.   Our salesman Sean was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was able to get a great used(almost new!) car at a great price. Jamie, the finance representative was helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. The communication from everyone was great and prompt through the whole process. I would certainly recommend Wayne Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle!

  I had a good experience working with Vincenzo at Wayne Ford. He was helpful, patient, and willing to work with me throughout the process. I came in prepared knowing the car and options I wanted, and he took the time to go over them and the numbers with me without making the process feel rushed. He also helped make sure everything was handled smoothly so I could leave with the car. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and appreciate Vincenzo’s help. I would definitely recommend working with him if you’re ever shopping at Wayne Ford.

  Just want to say Jonathan was great! We called in the morning told him what we needed and it’s urgent. Needed a new van before lunch time. And we were walking out the door with keys to a new work van before lunch time! Definitely recommend. And thanks to Jamie the finance manager getting it done in minutes!

  Recently purchased a used Ford F-150 Lariat from Wayne Ford. Eric was extremely helpful answering my questions online before coming to see the vehicle. When I came to see the car Eric was very friendly and helpful. There were no high pressure sales tactics that I have experienced at other car dealers. We negotiated a fair price and processed the sale in a timely manner with no surprise charges showing up on the sales invoice like I have seen at other dealers. Jammie processed the sale quickly without high pressure tactics to upsell things like extended warranties. Overall a great vehicle purchase experience at Wayne Ford. Thank you.
