  I wish I could leave negative stars. My husband bought a car from here back in Feb of this year. In the beginning of May we got an oil change and they recommended an alignment. We decided it wouldn’t hurt because they should know what they’re talking about right? Wrong. 6 days later the outer edge of his front tires were completely shredded to the wire. We go to the dealership since they were the last ones to touch the car. Service manger comes out and takes pictures of the tire we brought, asks us if we hit anything with the car (obviously not) and said he’ll be back. We wait ten more minutes and he finally says we can come back to talk to one of his service technicians, Reno. We asked him how they’re going to make this right since it’s not normal for tires to be worn down to the wire within 6 days of an alignment. He had the audacity to look us in the face and say that is normal wear. I attached photos of what the tires looked like, anyone can see it’s not normal AT ALL. He then said he could give us a great deal if we buy two tires and he’ll give two free but we won’t be getting our $107 from the previous alignment. After that we walked out. It boggles my mind that a dealership wouldn’t even try to make it right, especially since we LITERALLY just bought the car in Feb 2026, not even SIX MONTHS AGO. You would think they would take better care of customers that spent $35k not even that long ago. Good luck to anyone wanting to buy a car and get service done on it. We won’t ever be coming back here again to spend our hard earned money.

  Piero was an amazing salesperson to work with. We felt heard and supported, at no point did we feel pressured to buy. Piero is so good at his job that we went for 1 vehicle and left with two vehicles! We traded in our existing two vehicles but I had to leave suddenly to pick up my daughter and he handled the rest of the paperwork and allowed me to return the next day to finish and detail the one vehicle. My last vehicle was from Nissan Wesley Chapel and while I can say they are a great dealership that cares about the costumer, Piero is a salesperson that goes above and beyond to have you leave happy. I highly recommend Nissan Wesley Chapel and whole heartedly recommend Piero. We will return here when the day comes in the future to do this again and I hope to still see Piero thriving there.

  Kyle was awesome! We had a handful of very specific things we were looking for and Kyle found is the perfect SUV. From the first handshake to the final penstroke, Kyle made this as painless and rewarding as possible. Would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Nissan in general and Kyle in specific if you're looking for a great deal on a great vehicle.

  Had a great experience at Nissan in Wesley Chapel! Kyle, Deacon, and Dustin were all extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions, made everything feel smooth and stress free, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and making sure customers leave happy. Definitely recommend working with them if you’re looking for a vehicle!

  Went and got an oil change. When the service team recommended to do an alignment so i let them do the job. Got my car back and within 6 days my brand new tires started to show wires. I went back to ask the service team what happened and they said it was “normal” wear and tear after doing an alignment. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY OR SERVICE A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
