  This is my very first car purchase. I was referred and helped with some of the paperwork process by someone I know before going to the dealership. The day that my car was ready, the finance manager Alicia kindly sent Joshua to pick me up from work so I could get my car. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He helped me to connect my phone up to the car before I left so I could easily access map directions. Joshua has even been responding to my questions via text almost a week after my purchase. I forgot the name of the woman that I signed my documents with but I love that she also answered all of my questions. Alicia met with me as well and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you to everyone else that assisted me last week. I loved every moment of my experience at West Herr Kia. I really love my 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid.

  Cory was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, he was extremely attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted out of a vehicle. The whole West Herr team really did an outstanding job. The array of options of vehicles that have is top tier. We were able to get everything done in less than a week! Cory made sure to go through each step in extreme detail and answer any questions that I had, no matter or big or how small.   I was very pleased with my purchase at West Herr Kia. My sales person was Rich Miller. He was great and very personable. He made sure to keep their attention on the loan and trying to get everything in order in a timely fashion. The process was quick and I love my new Seltos. I think Kia has come a long way since they started and I would purchase a Kia again if the opportunity arises.

  I gave J D all the specifics important to me in a price range I was comfortable with. He came up with the Kia Sportage. It has comfortable seats, heated seats, comfortable ride, spacious back seat for passengers , seats 5, and a good size cargo space! With a trade in and a down payment, I qualified for 0% finance for 4 years! The staff was courteous, helpful ,answered all questions, in all I had a very favorable, and successful experience.

  Purchasing a new vehicle from any dealership is ALWAYS a stressful, time consuming and expensive ordeal. My sales consultant Paige, along with Devontay and Dillon made the experience so much easier than others I've gone through. I wouldn't hesitate to endorse West Herr KIA to any prospective KIA shoppers. They have an excellent sales staff.
