  I had an excellent experience at Westshore Mazda, and I want to give a special shout out to my salesperson, Giovanny Cruz. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. The process was smooth and transparent, and I truly felt valued as a customer.   To me going to a car dealer is like going to to the dentist. I spiritually and mentally prepare myself. This time was painless and blessed to met and dealt with a very professional car salesman name Willie. This young men did a super job to closed the deal that makes very satisfied! Management was also pleasant to work with. Great place to shop for a great car and get a super deal!!

  I had a great experience working with Badr and Anas during my recent vehicle purchase. Both of them were polite, respectful, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with throughout the process. They had a great sense of humor, made the negotiation process comfortable instead of stressful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with both the deal and the car. Even when the power went out at the dealership and I had to come back another day to finish the paperwork, they stayed professional, accommodating, and helpful the entire time. I never felt pressured, and they continued to make the experience smooth from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new car and truly appreciate all of their effort. Highly recommend asking for Badr and Anas if you’re shopping for a vehicle!
