  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Wholesale Direct Auto in Wilmington, NC and especially Scott, the Finance Manager. I was in the market for a 2020–2023 Dodge Charger, preferably a 2021, and buying a car from out of state can definitely be stressful. After talking with Scott over the phone, he made me feel comfortable enough to complete the credit application online. Seeing all of his great Google reviews also gave me confidence to take the chance. Scott was able to get me approved in less than 90 minutes, which honestly impressed me. After approval, I placed a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could make the trip the following week. When I arrived, everything was exactly as promised. The car still had factory warranty remaining, and Scott never pressured me into purchasing an extended warranty like a lot of dealerships do. Right before signing the paperwork, he was even able to get me approved through a better bank with a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment. That really showed me he was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to make a sale. I’m extremely happy with my purchase — a 2021 Dodge Charger with only 27k miles — and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.   I have been looking for a 2015 to 2017 Ford F150 with the 5.0 coyote V8 and the six speed transmission. Every time I found one it got sold before I can get there. I called and made an appointment with Tim and he showed me the 2016 F150 with the drive train I’ve been looking for. It had reasonable miles on it and was in good shape for a 10-year-old truck. I took it for a test drive and the caliper locked up on the back brakes. They sent a tow truck To come and get me and the truck. They Made the necessary repairs to the truck and even after Gave me a few hundred dollars more off the vehicle for my troubles. I bought the truck last Friday and today is Monday, June 1st So far, I am very happy with it. They told me if I had any issues that they would take care of it even though the truck came with no warranty. I do believe that he would do whatever took to make a Customer happy. I appreciate it, Tim and STEVE for their professionalism. When my wife dropped me off to pick the truck up, STEVE acknowledged her and made her feel comfortable and not left out of the process. My wife appreciated that.. Thank you, Guys for your help in purchasing my 2016 F150.

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing our SUV from Steve at Wholesale Direct. It was a quick and painless process. Especially for buying a car. Everyone in the office was very friendly especially Steve. We had a great time, which is not something I ever thought I would say about purchasing a car. We have already recommended them to a friend.

  This place is amazing! Worth the 2 hour drive from Myrtle Beach! Scott and his other salesmen were excellent. When I showed up they asked me if I wanted the keys to the truck I was looking at and they give them right to me and walked away. Which is great because I can’t stand a pushy salesman. They give me unlimited time to check out the truck. Another plus is they let me test drive the truck by myself alone. The dealership is very clean and well up-kept. It’s a very inviting establishment. Lastly, they don’t buy vehicles from auction which is HUGE plus in my book! All their vehicles are local trade in. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the market for a new truck!!!!

  Really clean tahoe at a great price would of given 5 stars if the vehicle didn't cone with 4 mismatched tires. Couldn't get them to do anything about that. But with a bit of back and forth we did get them to put a new windshield in the original had a poorly repaired Crack. No pushy salespeople a big plus. I would recommend them.
