  I have been bringing my vehicles to Williams Kia in Traverse City since 2018, and I have always had a great experience. Everyone in the Service Department is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers. They take the time to address your vehicle's needs, provide honest opinions, and offer sound advice you can trust. A special thank you to Matt Wooton and Tom Andreen for consistently providing outstanding service. It's clear that the entire Kia team always does their very best to ensure customers are taken care of. The sales staff is also friendly, professional, and never pushy. Because of the excellent service I've received over the years, I will continue to use Williams Kia and highly recommend them to others.

  We were stranded 3 hours away from home because of vehicle malfunction. All we did was call Williams and they took care of EVERYTHING! From arranging a tow, to scheduling a rental, to communicating about the progress, Tom (service manager) and the rest of the crew took care of us 100%. We were pleased with the quick service we received and when we returned to pick up our vehicle, the entire company treated us so wonderfully. We have never been treated as well in any other auto service centers. We wish we lived closer so we could use Williams' KIA service when necessary--they are superior!

  Williams has a great selection of vehicles at good prices. Our salesman Andy was nice and if he couldn’t answer a question, he would find the answer. Now the negative. We left for lunch and were told to come back in half an hour and everything would be ready to sign. We came back and paperwork wasn’t ready. (Some delay was our own doing too.) The finance (?) guy would come out, ask some questions, then leave. He would then return and try and sell the extended warranty stuff. Yes - that’s his job I get it and understand that part. I felt like we were almost being held hostage for a couple hours. My in-laws had a similar experience when they bought a new car. Overall good except for the time factor.

  Great experience! I made the decision to go to Traverse City and shop their KIA dealership. David Sparks was the best! I've worked and managed dealerships for many years and I can say, without a doubt, Williams is lucky to have him on their team! Thanks David, my wife will love her car.

  Tom is always my go-to guy. He's kind, quick, and always informative when telling me what the maintenance charges are and what's important at each appointment. Having had a Kia lease the last 3 years, I always bring it back to the dealership for my milestone maintenance, and am always pleased with their availability and speed of service. Can't recommend enough!
