  This was a great experience. They really worked with me to make sure everything fell into place in a timely matter.   We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. From the very beginning, Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during our initial visit and test drive. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the vehicle’s features and technology, helping us feel confident in our decision. When we returned to complete the purchase, Jovana stepped in because Sam was assisting other customers. She made the transition seamless and guided us through the rest of the process with professionalism and excellent customer service. Both salespeople were patient, informative, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a positive experience. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

  I have always had a great experience with Wilson Toyota. Have purchased multiple vehicles there and always work with Brad Baker. He always makes me experience absolutely wonderful. It is care and attention like that that keeps me as a loyal customer. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. I truly can't ask for a more professional and caring atmosphere.   Overall, purchasing at Wilson was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Alex Adams was my sales associate and he was knowledgeable and respected my time. I didn’t feel pressured, just valued as a customer. I highly recommend Wilson Toyota and Alex!

  Took delivery of my brand new Land Cruiser and couldn’t be happier, staff was friendly, professional and made the process feel smooth which is not always the case at car dealerships. Went to Toyota of Des Moines first and the way they treated us was night and day difference. If you live in the Des Moines metro please take the extra 30-40 mins and drive to Ames, it will be well worth it! Sam was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and the financial lady was awesome to work with as well!
