Huge shoutout to Alex! He was amazing at his job, not once did he make us feel rushed or that we had to make a decision! He was also extremely patient with me with wanting to test drive almost every car on the lot and having to switch the car seat every time🤦🏼‍♀️. The whole process was extremely easy from trading in our car to purchasing our new one! He was always on top of what was going on and keeping us in loop! If you are stopping in to buy a car we HIGHLY recommend Alex! Miki was awesome too! He made running the numbers the easiest experience we have ever had too! You can’t go wrong with buying your next or all future vehicles from them!

This location truly exceeded my expectations. Jordan is always amazing to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I sent him the type of tires I wanted, and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. He also informed me ahead of time that I would need a lift kit installed due to the size of the tires, which I really appreciated because it helped me come prepared before bringing in my vehicle. The technicians worked meticulously on my Jeep, and the quality of their work shows. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend them.

I went in looking to trade in my vehicle for a new 2026 Ram 1500 and they made it happen. Noe Balli was my salesman and he made the whole process easy. He help me find the truck I wanted and helped me get great value for my trade in and the dealer discounts. Best dealership experience hands down!

I dropped my truck off on February 2nd for approved warranty repairs and didn’t get it back until February 27th. This was not due to parts delays, warranty approval, or lack of communication. My service advisor did provide updates. The issue was repeated missed completion dates and constant “it should be ready tomorrow” or “next week” responses while the timeline kept getting pushed further out. A repair that should have taken hours ended up taking nearly a month. For many customers, that would mean weeks of rental car costs out of pocket. The impact on a customer’s time and money appears to mean very little here. What was even more concerning is that real progress only occurred after escalating the issue to management. That strongly suggests this level of delay is considered acceptable unless a customer pushes hard enough. After finally receiving my truck back, things became even more questionable. The repair order states that four rear control arms were replaced under warranty. After inspecting the vehicle, the control arms installed do not resemble new installed parts. The tubes, weld areas, and bushing housings show scuffs, chips wear, and rust that are difficult to reconcile with brand new Mopar components. When I raised this concern, I was told the parts may look this way because they were “obsolete parts sitting in a warehouse for years.” That explanation does not make sense considering the same control arm design is still used on Ram trucks today. The dealership did send a photo of four arms they claim were removed from my truck, but there is no way for a customer to verify those parts actually came from their specific vehicle. Between the nearly month-long repair delay, repeated missed completion dates, and explanations that simply do not add up, this experience reflects serious problems with accountability and leadership in the service department. The dealership promotes a “people first” culture and a commitment to customer experience, but based on my expe

I’m new to the Mopar family and am absolutely delighted with the day and night positive difference of customer care I received from Matt Martin in the service department. As long as he works there i can be considered a lifelong customer. Go HellCats!!! Edward and Ron are great service providers as well! Had my second stage of service completed today Dec 13 and experience was as enjoyable as could be!
